I love my new Mindray ultrasound. I have been waiting a long time until the technology got good enough to create a quality and portable machine that is small enough to fit into a "kitchen cabinet".
My cat hospital is very small and tight for space, and I don't have room for a normal cart with all the equipment. And the one multi-frequency probe is perfect for cat abdominal and cardiac imaging.
After calling numerous people that had purchased the same machine in the one to two years prior (which all loved it), that convinced me to buy the Mindray. I have not been disappointed.
I didn't spend the money to buy the color doppler because I thought that was beyond my abilities and would not need it as a beginner. Now, I hope I can upgrade the machine in the near future!!
